Today we were given the opportunity for discovering some inner peace via an Indian Yoga incursion. Avi began by warming the children up with some stretching, jumping and wriggling. Then the children learnt to stretch into poses using different animal noises which were very funny. We then progressed to some humming, chanting and meditation – I think some could have fallen asleep. Afterwards we discussed how the yoga made us feel and decided that we felt happier and calmer.
