What a busy week we have had....
We started by having our Grandparents and/or Special Friends come to spend time with us. We showed them what we like to do, we did our handprints together, we offered them something to eat and sang songs with them. We hope that they all had a happy and fun time because we know we did. Thank you all so much for coming to see me at Kindergarten.
On Tuesday Fiona was away so Tracey (who is an educator in 4YO extended hours group) spent time with us. We showed her that we were able to cut with scissors when creating our own art work, we can build complex buildings with the blocks and Lego. When outside we showed Tracey that we could push ourselves on the swing, how fast we can run and how high we could climb. She said we were so clever and was glad that she was able to spend the afternoon with us.
Friday was certainly a very busy day. We celebrated two friend’s birthdays. Thank you for enabling us to be a part of your birthday celebrations. We made healthy sandwiches. We were able to make our own choices about what we wanted to go on our sandwich or in our wrap........because we had two lots of birthday cake we were able to take our sandwiches home......And yes we did dress up for Halloween........we tried to scare Karen and Annette..............
We also said happy holidays to Jamie and his family as they are heading to Ireland to visit their family.......
